Our client has a senior leadership opportunity within the Customs Brokerage and International Freight Forwarding sectors. Long-established leaders, they have a successful record of growth in challenging times.

Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for Sales, Customer Service & Marketing for North America
- International and Domestic Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage & Warehousing on the Northern and Southern Borders

- Open to travel to close major pieces of business face to face with customers, where warranted and when public health conditions permit this
- A diplomatic trouble-shooter with customers, a good listener, able to engage with them, build trust and strengthen relationships

- A lead-from-the-front management style with highly developed interpersonal skills, open, friendly and approachable
Compensation: Senior executive compensation package is entirely negotiable and highly competitive, with impressive incentive income opportunities
